Article 88: United States Kiloware from the late 1970s and early 1980s, Part 2

I have come across a great selection of USA late 1970s and early 1980s kiloware. The clippings are from what may have been mailings of important documents. Most of the rates seem to be in the $1.50 to $2.50 range. I show here a selection of these with the predominant stamp being either the 20c George Marshall stamp, or the 25c Frederick Douglass stamp. Quick links here are for the kiloware section, the main page for this group of kiloware, and the pages for these two stamps-the 20c George Marshall stamp, or the 25c Frederick Douglass stamp, and the two I have previously shown- 1c Thomas Jefferson, 13c Americana, for which I may add other clippings in the future. Below each image are links to pages with clippings, and additional clippings are linked to from the single stamp pages.
Clipping 2-004: Single 13c Eagle Americana, horizontal strip of four of the 1c Jefferson, and single, horizontal pair, and horizontal block of ten of the 20c George Marshall. The roller postmark is light and illegible.
Clipping 2-040: Two blocks of four of the 25c Frederick Douglass, and singles of the 1c Thomas Jefferson, and 20c George Marshall. The town and date are ilegible. Zip code 15801 corresponds to Du Bois, PA.
Clipping 2-003: Vertical block of twelve of the 20c George Marshall, postmarked in purple with Philadephia, PA April 30, 1976, four bars postmark.
Clipping 2-061: Block of four and strip of three of the 25c Frederick Douglass, postmarked at Williamsport, PA, September 8, 1980.
Clipping 2-018: Block of four of the 20c George Marshall, three 3c Francis Parkman coils showing the dividing line of the plate, what is these days referred to as a plate number coil (PNC), and single $1 Eugene O'Neill, postmarked by Johnstown, PA block four bars postmark. The date is unreadable.
Clipping 2-062: Horizontal strip of three of the 25c Frederick Douglass, and horizontal pair of the 2c Frank Lloyd Wright, postmarked at Johnstown, PA, May 26, 1977.
Clipping 2-019: Single 20c George Marshall stamp, accompanied by horizontal strip of three of the 5c George Washington, and single $1 Eugene O'Neill. The stamps are cancelled with a wide bar dumb roller.
Clipping 2-043: Horizontal strip of three of the 25c Frederick Douglass, horizontal pair of the 2c Frank Lloyd Wright, single 10c Jefferson Memorial, and single $1 Eugene O'Neill, postmarked at Reading, PA, from 1977.
Clipping 2-033: Single 20c George Marshall stamp, accompanied by a vertical pair of the 13c Eagle Americana stamp. The stamps have been cancelled by ink marker, an unfortunate practice that betrays the ignorance of some postal clerks to the value of these stamps to collectors.
Clipping 2-049: Horizontal strip of three of the 25c Frederick Douglass, and coil horizontal pair of the 2c Jefferson from the Liberty Series, postmarked at Johnstown, PA, from May 21, 1976.
